The box office is located at the venue and is open for ticket collections on the day of the event when doors open, you are un able to collect tickets during the day.
We have 2 cloakrooms at the venue which can cater for coats and bags.
The closest tube station is Brixton on the Victoria Line a 5 minute walk from the venue.

No professional cameras are permitted in the venue without a valid photo pass.
Selfie sticks are not permitted in the venue.
Where a gig is listed as 14 + under 16’s with an adult - they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 with valid photo ID.

Please email [email protected] with a full description of the item and a member of staff will get back to you on the next working day after the event after 10.30am. We hold all belongings for 14 days after the date of the event then we donate to a local charity.
Yes, we require that you enter the club with your friends and that everyone provides valid ID upon entry
Yes, on the lower level of the venue only.
We advise our customers to contact the venue via telephone on 0207 274 2290 during office hours Monday to Friday 10am-6pm to check availability of disabled access and seating. Our venue is classed as a standing only venue and have limited availability for wheelchairs & seating which we bring out on some live music events. Once the venue has confirmed availability for a free carer ticket you can purchase a ticket through our authorised ticket agents. Please then send us the confirmation of the ticket purchased via email to [email protected] and we would put your names on a collection list at the box office so that the Security & Venue Manager is aware of your arrival that night.

Electric Brixton operates a casual dress code so jeans and trainers are allowed. If you'd like to check if a particular item of clothing is allowed - please email [email protected]
No we do not have an ATM in the venue.
Electric Brixton requires everyone to show valid ID: either a Driver’s Licence or Passport (International passports are accepted). We also accept the Citizen & Pass cards – Please note we use IDscan at the venue.
An outdoor smoking courtyard is provided with seating, and a small selection of snacks can be purchased from all bars.
If you need medication with you for the time you will be at the venue then this is fine to bring with you, We would suggest you have your medication in a sealed package and make it known to security on arrival. If you are carrying any medication with contains sharp needles please make it known to a manager or medic on arrival. If you have any special medical related requirements do try and let us know in advance.
