Carnival legends Rampage Sound (BBC 1xtra), Shabba Party + friends return for their 2023 instalment of the Brixton Winter Carnival, following a huge 2022 that saw the return of Notting Hill Carnival for the first time in 3 years – with performances from the likes of Koffee, Kranium, Laa Lee + many more on the legendary soundsystem!
